AK Retreats – Terms & Conditions
By booking a retreat with AK Retreats, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment must be completed by the specified due date prior to the retreat.
.Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date, a partial refund (excluding deposit) may be issued.
If you cancel less than 60 days before the retreat, no refunds will be provided.
If AK Retreats cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any personal cancellations or travel disruptions.
Travel & Accommodation
Retreat participants are responsible for their own flights to the designated airport.
Airport transfers to and from the retreat location will be provided.
Accommodations, meals, and all scheduled retreat activities are included in your package.
Health & Safety
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before attending.
If you require medication or specific medical care, please ensure you bring everything necessary for your stay.
The retreat involves various healing modalities, physical activities, and spiritual practices—participation is voluntary, and attendees assume responsibility for their own well-being.
Code of Conduct
AK Retreats is a safe, supportive, and inclusive space.
Disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated, and individuals may be asked to leave without refund.
We encourage an open mind and heart for deep healing and transformation.
Liability
AK Retreats is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.
Participants agree to take full responsibility for their own safety, health, and well-being while attending the retreat.
By booking, you acknowledge that AK Retreats is not liable for any travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip.
​Privacy & Confidentiality
Personal details shared with AK Retreats will be kept confidential and used only for retreat-related purposes.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others by maintaining confidentiality regarding group discussions and healing experiences.
